• The Foundation: Completed a grueling, comprehensive 4-year formal HVAC Sheet Metal Apprenticeship, mastering the physics of airflow, duct design, and mechanical code from the ground up.

• The Credentials: Earned my status as a Licensed Journeyman, validating a mastery of the trade that only comes from years of dedicated, verified field hours.

• The Leadership: Rose through the ranks from Foreman to Sheet Metal Superintendent, managing large-scale, complex mechanical projects, leading field crews, and ensuring absolute structural and operational precision.

• The Diagnostic Edge: Worked directly as an HVAC Startup and Warranty Technician. This means my specialty is finding the complex, hidden errors that other technicians miss—diagnosing system faults at the root cause, verifying factory-exact tolerances, and protecting your equipment warranties.

When I decided to step away from corporate mechanical contracting to build my own business, I wanted every single job to reflect my highest values: integrity, longevity, and pride in my work.

I named this company Natalie’s Air and Heat after my daughter.
